How Can I Be Happy
Finding Stillness at the Solstice
Now don't get me wrong: I love my sleep. (And, yes, I do work with clients who have chronic sleep loss issues to get them a good night's sleep.)
But at this time of year my body is so excited to get out of bed and get going that I can't say no.
Coaching from a Spirit-Centred Place
But, right now, I'm heading into Day 6 of the NLP Coach Training and the joy and gratitude and courage and strength and passion of the women I am working with has left me speechless.
The 8-day training is designed to be an intensive. You get 4 Board Designations (coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®) and that is a gruelling schedule. It's equivalent to 2 years of college… in just over a week.
Sowing Joy and Reaping Peace and Love
This season is sacred to me. I suppose they all are but Fall has always been my favourite. Now that I understand more about the energetics of the seasons – and the graceful way in which they cycle – I find that Fall moves me in quiet and deeply, profoundly, transformational ways.
What To Do When Your 'Stuff' Leaks Out for Everyone to See
When, out of nowhere, the woman just across the table from me was bleeding. Relatively profusely. Needless to say, we stopped my intro while we tended to the blood running down her face. It wasn't a nose bleed, just random blood.
Invite Grace Into Your Morning
This is my favourite time of the day…
sitting quietly in the living room before everyone else wakes up – I am in 'my' spot and only the cats have noticed; I have soaking music playing quietly in the background – it's a new cd I bought yesterday and I love it… and I'm with you…
What the Heck is Inner Peace Anyway?
I know you want it… everyone does.
At least, pretty much everyone who comes to me for a Strategy Session says that they want it.
I think that this image below captures what we want. Peace. Quiet. Beauty. Tranquility.
She has it all. This is clearly Inner Peace.
Or is it? Is this really what peace looks like?
First, You Need Inner Peace
After my client has learned to connect with her unconscious mind and find out what is going on in there (it's usually a whole heckuvalot!!) then we learn how to connect to Source.
I've learned that it's only after we start practicing radical self-care and nourishing ourselves that we have any space at all to learn and use skills and tools to improve our marriage relationships.
When Your Unconscious Mind Gets Cranky… Watch Out!
If 2% of our mind is conscious and 98% is unconscious, you can imagine that when the UM gets cranky it can create a lot of havoc. See what happened to me a couple of weeks ago…
